Journeys Through Nine
Dimensions
With Barbara Hand Clow & Gerry
Clow
| In
February 1994 Barbara, Hakim, Gerry Clow, and Wendy Monroe created a journey of
ceremonies in nine temple sites: the Great Pyramid, Sakkara, Elephantine
Island, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Denderah, Abydos, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings.
The ceremonies were filmed by David Drewry, and Nine Initiations on the
Nile was created from the hundreds of hours of footage. This
movie-quality video, with musical soundtrack by Benjamin Grant Depauw and
script by Barbara Hand Clow, was produced by Jeanne Scoville. If it were not
for Jeanne's vision, no accessible record of this initiatic work by these
teachers would be available today. Viewers report they receive spontaneous
initiations and deep-trance states from seeing this film, which is the
next-best-thing to being able to actually visit the temples in Egypt. This
ceremonial work opened Barbara's understanding of the Heliopolitn Mystery
Schools, which resulted in the downloading of The Pleiadian
Agenda in 1995. |

From 1985 until 1996, Barbara Hand Clow studied the sacred
sites and temples of Egypt and created initiatic journeys with students and
other teachers. These journeys were part of the awakening of ancient Egyptian
consciousness in the modern world. One special journey, showing the unique
creativity of the students and of Barbara's unique approach based on her
past-life memories and indigenous teachings, was filmed in 1994 and released in
1995 as a feature-length video entitled Nine Initiations on the
Nile. |

Barbara Hand Clow conducts nine initiations in the main temples
in Egypt with her husband Gerry Clow, Egyptian teacher Abdel Hakim of Giza, and
95 students. This is a movie-quality video made from over a 100 hours of
professional filming with a musical sound track and a script written by Barbara
Hand Clow. This filming happened when it was still possible to conduct
initiations in the deepest recesses of the temples, and the camera man, David
Drewry, was inspired by the initiations. Clow is very grateful to producer Jean
Scoville, because this is the only filmed record of Clow's initiatic work. The
temples were reactivated and used as they were originally designed for: healing
and initiation.
Barbara began
teaching in Egypt once she found the indigenous keeper of the Keys of Thoth,
Hakim Nazlit Essaman, also known as "Abdel Hakim", renowned archaeologist and
guide, who lives in Giza at the foot of the Sphinx. Here Hakim and Barbara are
relaxing in front of a house in a small village near the Valley of the Kings
after the filming of Nine Initiations on the Nile in 1994. The
painting on the wall tells the story of a family member's journey by boat
across the Red Sea to Mecca. |
